About these terms

These terms apply to your use of nuveasleepwear.com and any purchase you make from Nuvea. By using our website or placing an order, you agree to these terms. In these terms, "we", "us" and "our" mean Nuvea, and "you" means the person using our website or buying from us.

Products, pricing and orders

Product information: we take care to display our products, colours and sizing accurately. Colours may appear slightly different depending on your screen.
Pricing: all prices are in Australian dollars (AUD). Nuvea is not registered for GST, so no GST is charged on our products.
Errors: if a product is listed at an incorrect price due to an error, we may cancel the order and refund you in full.
Accepting orders: an order is accepted once we send your order confirmation email. We may decline or cancel an order, for example if a product is out of stock or we suspect fraud. If we cancel, you will receive a full refund.
Payment: payment is taken in full at checkout through our secure payment providers. We do not store your card details.

Shipping and returns

Delivery is covered by our Shipping Policy, and returns, exchanges and refunds by our Refund & Returns Policy. Both form part of these terms.

Digital products

When you buy The Witching Hour or any other digital product, you receive a personal, non-transferable licence to download and use it for your own non-commercial use. You may not copy, share, resell, distribute or publish it, in whole or in part, without our written permission.

Intellectual property

All content on our website and social media, including our designs, prints, photos, logos, text and digital products, belongs to Nuvea or is used with permission. You may not copy or use it for commercial purposes without our written permission.

Australian Consumer Law and liability

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies those rights.

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of our website or products. Where our liability cannot be excluded but can be limited, it is limited to replacing the goods, repairing them, or refunding the price you paid.
