I'm a mum, the founder of Nuvea, and someone who knows motherhood can be the most beautiful thing and the hardest thing at the same time.
When my daughter was born, I fell head over heels in love with her. I also went through a really tough time, harder than I ever expected and harder than I let most people see. There were nights I felt completely alone, even in a house full of love.
I came out the other side holding onto one thing: no mum should feel that alone. I truly believe I went through it so I could help other mums feel a little less alone in theirs.
That's where Nuvea started.
More than pyjamas
Nuvea is for the mums in the trenches. The ones feeding at 3am, wiping noses, holding it together, falling apart and holding it together again. I wanted to make something soft for you, something that helps you feel like you in a season when it's easy to lose yourself.
So I made pyjamas. They're soft bamboo with cute prints, and there are matching sets for your little one, because sleepy cuddles in matching PJs are the moments you'll want to remember forever.
But the pyjamas were only ever part of it. Nuvea is a place where mums feel seen, heard and loved. Here you can say “I love my kids, and this is bloody hard” in the same breath, and nobody blinks.
